 Master, please
 Wave the glorious sword of wisdom,
     To awaken my devoted hands.
 Shed the blinding light-ring,
     To grant me blessed eyes.
 Drop the sweet pure nectar,
     To moisten my humble mouth.
 Bestow heavenly make-up,
     Upon my tender face.
 Charge my legs with Thy thunder,
     So that I may boldly stand.
 Draw the pure fountain of holy love,
     To quench the thirst of my heart.
 By the flame of Truth,
     Burn up the thorny tendrils of thinking,
 And render me a childlike innocence
     Reborn anew.
