Poem

 When we get together, how happy we are!

 Because we have the same spiritual Mother.

 When we get together, we are so delighted

 Because we have the same ideals.

 When we get together, we are so joyous

 Because we have the same heart working together.

 Finding our lost brothers and guiding them back

 We are happy, so inspired.

 We will not be separated again,

 Forever we are one.

 

	 It was late at night,
	 I had not yet gone to sleep,
	 My fingers sauntered on the pages,
	 My heart rode with the poetry.


	 Reading it for the first time,
	 I was moved by
	 The saint's pilgrimage,
	 The sincerity
	 And humility.


	 Reading it again,
	 I marveled at
	 The Buddha's selfless
	 Compassion
	 And great pledges.


	 Reading it for the third time,
	 I was astounded by
	 The martyred heroine's unwavering
	 Determination
	 And generosity.


	 As I continued to read,
	 I was saddened by
	 The poet's
	 Emotions
	 And sentiments aroused by the scene.


	 It was late at night,
	 I should go to sleep,
	 Yet I was reluctant to part with
	 The beauty
	 Found between the lines.


	 So I placed Vo Tu Poems
	 Under my pillow,
	 In hopes of putting the feelings of the poetry
	 In my dreams.
